In the heart of Ipswich’s downtown this project will repurpose a river front parking lot inta a year round outdoor dining and event space complete with a state of the art performance / projection stage. Proposed improvements to include a variety of amenities. A free standing modular pergola construct to define the space with a constellation of overhead lights and operable canvas shading devices. A gas fired stone bonfire anchor point. Multi hued chairs and table sets and an enhanced audio soundscape.
